Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your WaveCoach subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription by navigating to your Account Settings page and selecting "Manage Subscription," or by contacting our support team.
Once canceled, you will retain access to your subscription features until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused time.
2. Credit Packs
Purchases of "Pay-as-you-go" credit packs are generally non-refundable.
Credits purchased do not expire and will remain in your account until used. If you believe there has been an error in billing or if you are unable to use the service due to a technical issue on our end, please contact support within 14 days of purchase for review.
3. Refund Eligibility
While we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for the following circumstances:
- Technical Errors: If a technical error prevented you from using the service and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
- Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same product.
- Service Unavailability: If the service was down for an extended period (more than 24 hours) during your active subscription.
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details and the reason for your request. We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 3-5 business days.
